Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

Every item is special and hand picked with care. If there is an issue with an item upon arrival please contact us within 3 days of receiving parcel. If viable, we can offer store credit to be used online. It is the customer’s responsibility to ship the item back. Once item is received and is verified in the same condition as it was when shipped out to customer, then credit will be issued to customers online account. Materials and any flaws will be listed in descriptions of the items.

Vintage items have been pre-loved, they may have slight imperfections due to age and previous wear. We hope you can appreciate items for their character.

All Collector and Brand items are final sale ie. Veronica Woroby, Laundry Day etc. 

Order cancellations: As we prioritize our physical store, if an item is sold in store after you have purchased it online, your order will be cancelled and you will be fully refunded.
