The Process:
After your appointment you will receive an email inviting you to create an account in our vendor portal. Once setup, you will have access to view your listed items and your current account balance. You will receive 40% of the sale of your item(s) if you choose a cash (etransfer) payout, or 50% of the sale if taken as store credit. To request a payout (including store credit), please email consign@losttogether.ca. Minimum etransfer payout amount is $30.00. Please allow 24 hours for the request.
Our Buying Guide:
- Vintage items 20+ years old
- Modern items bought within the last year
- Items must be freshly laundered, if not we reserve the right to cancel the appointment
- No hangers please
- Seasonal buying only
- We do not accept such items as Old Navy, George, Joe Fresh, Urban Planet, Just Fab, Fashion Nova, Boohoo, Spring, or Ardene
- Please allow up to one hour for your appointment
Terms:
If your items do not sell after 90 days they will be donated to local charity (items listed for greater than $100 will be returned to customers). Lost Together is not liable for damages to items. If items get damaged while listed, they will be donated to local charity. Once an item is on the floor they cannot be retrieved. Lost Together reserves the right to include your items as part of store-wide sales/promotions. Store credit not valid on vendor items.
